I think I am almost to the point that it feels strange not to floss, though I know I could easily slip into my old ways...
I feel I am in the maintenance phase of the SOC, but I have no doubt I am still susceptible to relapse.
August's foot is now under my rib...:) I have heard about this wonderful sensation from others but until now, I think that her little legs were bent...

As part of a class I am taking toward my master's in biomedical and clinical investigations, I am required to create and maintain a blog about a personal improvement mission. My goal is to floss my teeth, nightly. When written, this seems a relatively simple and easy to achieve goal, but it has eluded me for the past 31 years, despite multiple attempts to change.
